What is not included

Vendor licences, cloud warehouse costs, and legal opinions from outside counsel are yours. We will tell you when a question needs a lawyer rather than a schema change. Team seats for a single product org are quoted by email; we do not publish a volume ladder here because the critique load does not scale linearly.

Refunds and timing

Cohorts have a fixed start. Open Studio access begins when we confirm your place by email. Read the refund policy before you write. If you only need the two-day PDPA seminar, say so in the contact form — it is scheduled separately from the 11-week studio.
