Legal
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Proxy Servicehub handles personal data when you visit proxy-servicehub.digital, send an enquiry, or enrol in a programme about Privacy-First App Analytics. Last updated 13 August 2026.
Data controller
The controller is Proxy Servicehub, Street: 486 Ratburana Road Bangpakok; City: Ratburana; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10140; Country: Thailand. Contact: info@proxy-servicehub.digital or telephone 662 4680233. We process personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where a learner is in another country, any additional rules that apply to that relationship.
What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message. If you enrol, we additionally collect billing details you send by email or invoice tools, programme choice, and artefacts you voluntarily submit for critique (schemas, copy, SDK notes). From the site itself we may collect technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and pages requested, plus cookie data described in our cookies page.
We do not require government ID to browse the journal. We do not buy marketing lists. Please do not paste production secrets, customer personal data, or full production dumps into the public contact form.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use enquiry data to reply and to prepare a quote or seat. We use enrolment data to deliver the programme, run office hours, issue invoices, and meet accounting duties. We use limited site logs to keep the service secure and, if you accept analytics cookies, to understand which programme pages are read. Under PDPA these purposes rest on contractual necessity, legal obligation (tax and accounting), legitimate interests in running a small studio securely, and consent where we rely on optional cookies or marketing email you have opted into.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Confirmed enrolment records, invoices, and critique artefacts needed to deliver the course are kept for the duration of the programme and then for 7 years for Thai accounting and dispute purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. Optional marketing email lists are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie lifetimes are listed on /cookies.html.
Critique artefacts you ask us to delete after the studio will be removed from active faculty stores within 30 days, except where a copy must remain in an invoice file or a legal hold.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (for example optional analytics cookies or marketing mail). You may also request a copy of data you provided to us in a commonly used format where PDPA portability rules apply. Write to info@proxy-servicehub.digital. We may need to verify your request. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand or with another competent authority if you reside elsewhere.
Sharing
We share data with processors who host email, invoicing, and (if you join a live cohort) the video or forum tools named in your enrolment note. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Thai law or to defend a legal claim. Faculty see learner artefacts only to teach the programme you joined.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Thailand. Some processors (for example email or video hosts) may store or access data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data outside Thailand, we do so with a contract that requires appropriate safeguards, and we will tell confirmed learners which tools apply to their cohort. If you do not want a particular cross-border tool, say so before enrolment so we can consider an alternative or decline the seat.
Children
Programmes are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected a child’s data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use access-controlled mailboxes and limit faculty access to artefacts. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send production customer databases to us.
