Terms of enrolment

These terms apply to proxy-servicehub.digital and to programmes offered by Proxy Servicehub. Last updated 13 August 2026. They are not a substitute for a signed private-workshop agreement when one is issued by email.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting the contact form, or confirming a place in Open Studio, Guided Bench, Mentored Residency, or a seminar, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.

This website does not process payments. Informational prices on /pricing.html are invitations to treat. A contract for a paid programme is formed only when we confirm your place in writing from info@proxy-servicehub.digital and you accept the invoice or enrolment note we send.

Who we are

Proxy Servicehub operates from Street: 486 Ratburana Road Bangpakok; City: Ratburana; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10140; Country: Thailand. Telephone: 662 4680233. Email: info@proxy-servicehub.digital.

Programmes and site content

Course descriptions, schedules, and faculty biographies may change. We will notify confirmed learners of material syllabus changes by email. Recordings and templates in Open Studio are licensed for your internal professional use only. You may not resell, publish, or run a competing public course from our materials.

Critique sessions may include your product artefacts. You remain responsible for redacting secrets before you share them. We are not your lawyer, data protection officer, or implementation vendor. Teaching Privacy-First App Analytics does not create an advisory or employment relationship beyond the programme you purchased.

Intellectual property

The Proxy Servicehub name, site design, lesson artefacts we author, and written feedback remain our intellectual property. Your event dictionaries, SDK diffs, and internal documents remain yours. Feedback we write on your artefacts is licensed to you for internal use with your product; it is not a work-for-hire assignment of our teaching methods.

You grant us a limited licence to use anonymised examples of techniques (not your confidential metrics or brand) for future teaching, unless your enrolment note says otherwise.

Learner conduct

Cohorts are small. Harassment, recording other learners without consent, or sharing another team’s artefacts outside the studio is grounds for removal without a refund beyond what the refund policy already allows. We may refuse a seat if we reasonably believe the work is intended to build covert tracking rather than reduce it.

Liability

Programmes are educational. We do not warrant that following a syllabus will achieve regulatory compliance, a particular metric, or a successful product launch. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Proxy Servicehub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, regulatory fines issued to your organisation, or data incidents in systems you control.

Our aggregate liability arising from a programme is limited to the fees you actually paid us for that programme in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such rules apply.

Site availability

We try to keep proxy-servicehub.digital available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Forms post to a static acknowledgement endpoint for demonstration of client-side handling; a successful on-screen message is not itself a confirmed enrolment until we reply by email.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply if you enrol as a consumer resident in another jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please write to info@proxy-servicehub.digital so we can attempt a practical resolution.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Material changes affecting an active cohort will also be emailed to that cohort. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site use; confirmed programme contracts follow the version referenced in your enrolment note unless we both agree otherwise.
